RETURN Policy

• 14-day return period.

• Shipping costs are not refunded for the exchange or return of a product in good condition.

• If the product sent does not match the order or is non-compliant, the product will be exchanged (we will assume return shipping costs) or refunded

• No returns will be accepted on used product.

• Exchange with receipt only.

 

REFUND Policy


• Refunding of the item only in the event of inventory shortage, a non-compliant product or an ordering error committed by Nature Providers Inc. 
• Refund will be made using initial method of payment and will be processed within 5 business days of request.
• In the case of one of the situations listed above, the customer will be informed by e-mail or phone. The customer may inquire regarding the item delivery period (we will assume the shipping costs) or request a refund.
• Refund with receipt only

DELIVERY Policy


By default, we use a conventional mode of delivery through various carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, Robert Transport, XTL and our own trucks.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, an e-mail from the carrier will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of your order; this message contains a tracking number that will allow you to track online the routing of your parcel or your merchandise. It is very important to indicate to us while you are ordering your opening hours for the receiving of the goods.

In the event that your company is closed during the opening hours indicated by you there will be additional charges for failed delivery. PARCEL The default mode for parcels is through the Canada Post Standard Service.

FOOD PRODUCTS

For food products the default mode of transportation is by truck through regional transport companies or our own trucks. The delivery time is between 1 and 4 working days for Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes. The cost of delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. If the customer wishes to send his own carrier for pickup an appointment is required.

ESSENTIAL OILS

Regarding the essentials oils we give special care because they are fragile and some considered as dangerous substances. All our shipments are covered by a liability cover up to $ 100. Additional coverage of up to $ 5,000 @ $ 2.25 per $ 100 may be purchased by the purchaser; these rates are unique to Canada Post. As the minimum quantity per order (invoice) is 5kg we fully assume the cost of delivery to our customers in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritime provinces. The delivery time is between 1 and 4 working days.

For an accelerated shipment charges apply. For the rest of Canada, certain transportation charges may apply.
