Flocons de noix de coco 100% biologique, préparés en séchant la viande blanche épluchée, moulue et blanchie de noix de coco mûre, préparée et conditionnée de manière à être propre à la consommation humaine

Matière première spécifique utilisée

100% noix de coco blanches, sans additifs.

Le traitement

Décorticage, décorticage, épluchage, blanchiment, tranchage, séchage et conditionnement de la noix de coco.

Colour, taste and flavour

White to light yellow in colour. Characteristic taste without off-flavours.

Odour

Odour shall be characteristic of the product, shall not be mouldy, cheesy, smoky, fermented or rancid, and shall not possess any undesirable odour.
